Flex your creative writing muscles
The 10th Aesthetica Creative Writing Award is currently open for entries, presenting a fantastic opportunity for budding and established writers and poets in Huddersfield and elsewhere to showcase their work to a wider audience.
With the aim to support and nurture new writing talent, the prize awards publication for 60 shortlisted writers, plus for the winners: £500 cash prize each, a consultation with literary agency Redhammer Management, a Full Membership to The Poetry Society, a subscription to Granta and books courtesy of Bloodaxe Books and Vintage Books.
There are 8 weeks left to enter the Award, an internationally renowned prize presented by Aesthetica Magazine and judged by literary experts.

Short Fiction entries should be no more than 2,000 words. Poetry entries should be no more than 40 lines. Works previously published are accepted.
